All customers and visitors to this website agree to comply with Ride The Zone's terms and conditions as expressed below. RTZ's terms and conditions were developed to ensure that our customers are using our facilities and services with due regard to their rights and the rights of other users, and in conformity with the requirements of RTZ's procedures, rules, regulations and requirements. terms and conditions

In order to place a reservation, you must first own a series (group of RIDES).

To buy a series of RIDES, you can either signup here for a username and password and purchase a series online, or if you already have a username and password click sign-in, to buy a series and make your reservation.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Cash and Check.

You can reserve RIDES up to 1 week in advance (Wednesday thru the following Wednesday).

cancellations

To receive a full refund for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to class by calling RIDE Wed. to Fri, between 12pm and 5pm. Classes not cancelled 24 hours prior to the time of the class will be charge to your series.

We do not accept cancellations via the internet or email. Please cancel using the phone number below.

waiver

By signing up for classes at RTZ, I hereby Agree that there are certain inherent dangers in spinning and exercise and in using spinning and exercise equipment. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and any other programs provided by ZoneHampton llc (dba, RIDE or RIDE THE ZONE), and to use its facilities and equipment, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge RIDE, its offices, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all others from any and all responsibility or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities or my use of equipment in the abovementioned activities. I do hereby release all of those mentioned above and any others that maybe effected by this provision.
