Bikes that move????
Yes, we feature REAL RYDER bikes. Invented by the coolest cyclist dude, Colin Irving, Real Ryder is the first indoor cycle that truly simulates an outdoor ride. The handlebars actually steer the bike. It's a beautiful piece of equipment and we are having the time of our lives training on them....and so will you!!!!
I have never taken a RIDE course. Will I be able to stay the entire 45 minutes?
YES. You definitely will. We recommend you start with THE CLASSIC RIDE. This will give you a terrific introduction to a RIDE course. Finishing the RIDE will not be a problem...we will help you pace yourself. You'll leave feeling like you could have kept going!!
Can I use my RTZ series at both the East Hampton and Upper East Side locations?
YES!!!
However, there are some location specific specials we will run from time to time. Please take note of these.
What should I wear?
Well for starters, if you arrive unprepared, we have everything you need at RIDE. We reccomend you wear a tight fitting short to prevent chaffing. Since the room gets warm, try to wear a top made with a quick drying fabric. Check out our selection at RIDE. What's up with the shoes?
All of our pedals are DELTA LOOK and SPD compatible. We rent shoes for $3 and sell shoes for anywhere from $85 to $300. If you are more comfortable in sneakers, our pedals do accommodate sneakers as well. Check out our selection RIDE!!!
How do I purchase a series?
1)Log in
2)Have your credit card ready visa, mastercards or amex . Click on purchase series
3)Choose the series you would like to purchase click on that series.
4)Enter your credit card number and billing information. The csc number is the three numbers in the signature box on the back of your credit card.
Your series will be instantly added to your account. You can now sign up for classes.
How do I become a RIDER?
It only takes about two minutes to set up. Take the time to become RIDER and you will be able to reserve on line all year! Follow these simple steps:

2)Click on sign in here
3)Fill out the membership form
4)Once you complete the form, hit save and you are now a member!
Now you can purchase a series, book classes and have accsess to your account ON LINE!
How do I cancel a class?
You can cancel a class up until 12pm the day before the scheduled class time.
How do I know how many classes I have my left on my series?
1)Log in
2)Click on view series sales
How do I reserve a bike?
1)You must be a member and own a series or purchase a single class.
2)Click on RESERVE
Please Note: You can only reserve classes up to 1 week in advance (Wednesday thru the following Wednesday). Each online booking must be made with 1 hours advanced notice.

Do the series have expiration dates?
Some special deals vary but for the most part, a SERIES OF RIDES has a life span of one year from date of purchase.
Do you have showers?
Upper East side offers shower facilities. East Hampton is close enough to the ocean....!!
